Chair Dance Express is a 2.5 hour workshop on Sunday that will make you feel amazing. It is a safe space for absolutely every girl to unwind, relax, and have fun. You learn easy, sexy choreography on a chair that you can dance your own way!
MINDSET
It is YOUR Playground to experiment, discover, play! You will be connecting your sensual self with your body, emotions while making love to music and having a great workout on chairs or heels.
IT IS FOR YOU
Both, complete “I never danced, and I am shy” beginners and advanced dance students will find joy in the choreographies we prepare. Our Instructors guide every student to their best potential with no pressure or expectations. Creating a dance journey full of pleasure and fun.
TASTE
We pick different styles, songs and flavours: from dirty-slow to sassy-bossy or emotional soulful. From Beyonce to Adele, Stromae or Billie Eilish. Expect colours, inspiration and diversity.
