  • Leuven: Weekly Sundays & Wednesdays Playgrounds Expressive are at Body Expressive Leuven (20-min from Bruxl)
  • Brussels: Monthly Saturday Oxytocin Playgrounds are held at the Mounier Sport Centre (Metro Kareem): select 15 February and 8 March. For weekly Friday Brussels classes (19.30-21.30, September on), go to Heels Expressive Booking.

PLAYGROUND EXPRESSIVE is a 3-hour Chair & Heels Dance workshop for every heart. It is an inspiring, open and safe space where you can explore your senses, and desires, connect with yourself and have the time of your life. No judgment, no pressure – just let go and have fun!  (Scroll down for the time slots & dances)

Complete beginners and experienced dance students join our formats. Everyone will feel at home here: shy or outgoing, extraverted or introverted people – the Playground Expressive is a space for each personality type! We teach dance by the Body Expressive Method where we explain not only steps execution but also energy and emotionality – so you can channel your emotions and express yourself. We teach people how to live a dance routine and enjoy themselves in it.

At the end of the session, we have professional and solo recordings on demand. However, you are never forced to participate in it. You can also try it, even if you are scared or nervous to expose yourself to a new experience.
