PLAYGROUND is a 2-3 hour workshop format that varies from the Chair Dance Express (majority of Sundays) to Heels Expressive classes or other "special formats" as Urban/Street inspired classes with guest teachers.
During the class, we develop easy choreography with a chair, accessible for every woman! You learn to feel good in your dance and how to adapt moves to your expression style. Fun, expressive, emotional, liberating experience with empowering, sensual vibe. Songs choices can variate from known pop hits to more alternative songs.
