HOLISTIC WORK OUT is a 1-hour class dedicated to full-body improvement, focusing on posture, muscle toning, flexibility, and mobility.
Think of it as a functional “bingo” workout: everything your body actually needs to feel better, stronger, and more aligned in one session.
Class structure
15 minutes – Mobility & body opening
Focus on hips, pelvis, chest, and spine to release tension and unblock the body.
35 minutes – Energetic full-body workout
Up-tempo strength work: squats, booty, abs… you know the vibe 🙂
10 minutes – Deep stretch & relaxation
To properly unwind and integrate the work.
This class is designed to work all layers of the body, combining strength, mobility, and recovery in a balanced, holistic way.
