Body Vibes is an energetic, dynamic, full body workout that exercises, strengthens and tones all muscle groups. 20 minutes video is easy to follow and can be done almost at any time of a day. It is for busy people, who would like to keep a consistent routine that is accessible, easy but fun and effective.
The Body Vibes basic package includes 20 minutes work out video in two versions that is changing each month and extra stretching video. Your goal would be to do it at least one time per week.
How does it work?
As you subscribe, you create an account, and get access to the Body Vibes page. You access it whenever you want to do your training. Additionally, you can be added to the Body Vibes WhatsApp group, where you can check in along other students to keep motivation high.
We chose fun music and pay attention to keep it new, fresh and exciting each month. The leading instructors are motivating you and exercise with you.
If you subscribe to the package, your payments are renewing each month, and each month you get a new work out video uploaded to your platform.
You can stop your subscription anytime.
