The female experience is both unique and universal. It is nurturing, yet charged with rage. Shaped by rigid expectations, yet constantly resisting them.

Alpha Act is a series of choreographies that explores this complexity. It was created from a desire to portray the multifaceted reality of women in our society.

More than a performance, Alpha Act is a healing space for its participants, a starting point for dialogue, and an intentional provocation aimed at challenging and redefining the image of women.

From protector to temptress, from innocence to raw power, Alpha Act guides the audience through the intricate landscape of the female mind and body in all its forms.

Created by Kate (Katarzyna Morton), the project brings together her own work alongside contributions from various choreographers, evolving through different versions of the show.

With each new edition, the number of women participating in Alpha Act continues to grow, reflecting its ongoing evolution through the bodies, experiences, and stories of those who shape it. The Alpha Act’s ultimate goal is to serve as many women as possile. We are open to share the 2026’s version of Alpha with other dance groups that would like to carry its message further on
