DEFINITION 1-to-1
“Definition” 1-to-1 sessions are built on one principle: there is always a level that can be elevated from.
It doesn’t matter where you start.
Whether you are a complete beginner, someone wanting to open the body and feel more freedom in movement, or more experienced dance student or instructor looking to refine movement, choreography, or presence, diversify your energy scale – the work begins from where you are.
These sessions focus on developing body awareness, expression, and control. Not only in movement, but in how you connect to yourself — including your energy, your presence, and the way you embody it.
(We often speak about this beyond “confidence”: learning how to access, control, your sensual / sensetional energy — not as something external, but as something you inhabit and own.) Each session is adapted individually.
The goal is not to fit you into a system, but to take what is already there and elevate it with precision, clarity, and direction or find elements that need balance, depth or dimension. Alongside the physical work, this process naturally supports personal growth and development — building not only skills, but a deeper understanding of yourself through movement. Or what your moevement says about you.

If you are here, we probably crossed paths. My name is Kate, and I am the creator of the Body Expressive Method.
Over the past 15 years, I have developed a methodology that brings together movement, fitness, dance, and expression with a deeper understanding of the body and human behaviour. This work combines anatomical knowledge, sport training, and dance development with psychology, emotional awareness, and a holistic, personal approach. The goal is – to align all the Universe around you and within you, so you are your most free, present self and having it reflecting in a movement (dance).
A vast years of experience has merged into the methodology that I apply into the DEFINITION. I have created multiple concepts within this system, including Chair Dance Express, Partyrobics Fitness, and the Dance Visual projects – all rooted in the idea of living your art and becoming a message through your body.
Over the years, I have trained and certified more than 300 instructors worldwide, working with people across all levels – from complete beginners to advanced dancers, professional instructors, and competitive-level performers. My work has been applied in studios, online platforms, and educational programs across the regions.
Through this experience, I have developed a strong ability to understand how individuals move, where they feel blocked, and what can unlock their next level – both physically and mentally.
